Terms & Conditions
‘We and the ‘company’ refer throughout to ‘Mindak Artistik'
(MA) and ‘you' refers throughout to the Client who places an order
with us.
Copyright of all MA designs are owned by MA. In the creation
of handcrafted bespoke designs to suit the client's
requirements, the final product design's are always owned by MA.
Products
We reserve the right to substitute materials used in card designs with
those of the most equivalent or similar quality. Each card is uniquely
handcrafted for you. Therefore, there may be slight variations to each
handmade card.
Every care has been taken to describe and portray cards accurately using
current printing technology.
Card Samples
You will
be entitled to (or provided with) up to 3 samples free of charge. As an
example, this could include 1 x Day Invitation, 1 x Evening Invitation and
1 x Order of Service, all in the same design or 3 separate designs of one
item. Any further samples will be charged at cost for materials and
postage.

Prices & Retention
of Title
We retain the ownership of all goods supplied until full payment has
been received and cleared into our
account.
We reserve the right to change card and delivery prices without formal
notice.
Proofs &
Personalisation
When submitting your amended proof, please check all spellings and
details thoroughly. We cannot accept liability for incorrectly spelt
stationery if the proofs were not
properly checked and incorrect details are not advised.
You will be charged for new materials used to reprint any items should
you advise changes at a later date.
Final proofing and amendments are the direct
responsibility of the client.
We may decline any order for personalisation that may be offensive or illegal and reserve the right to
reject an order if we suspect that it is not a legitimate order.
Privacy
We are committed to ensuring your privacy and do not under any singular
share or sell names or any other information about you to any other person
or business.
We are very concerned about the security of your information and only
collect information about you to process your order and to provide you with
the best possible service.
We will not email you in the future without your consent unless it is
regarding an order and will only use the information that we collect about
you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
Web Content
Images of cards and other items displayed on our website are not true
sizes of actual products.
The colour of images may vary slightly from the true colour.
Time scale
We require all information for invitations, as soon as possible.
Information related to order of service, menus, place cards and table plans
need to be with us no later than 3 weeks before your wedding.
If you have all of this information before then, please email it without
delay.
We deal with lots of clients both private and hotel / college based. You
are all very important to us. However, we work to a very tight time scale.
By getting information to us ASAP this helps us to keep to that time
scale.
Quantities
There is no minimum order but if you require large quantities please
allow us time to design and produce your items as they are all individually hand made.
Delivery and Collections
We prefer that you collect all items of stationery. Where this is not possible,
we can use a courier to deliver items to
you.
This cost will be added to your invoice.
Placing an Order and
Payments
A deposit of £50.00 is required
with all orders. This amount will then be deducted from your final invoice.
We will invoice you when the items
are completed ready for collection.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque
or paypal.
Payment is to be made upon collection of order.
The stationery remains the property of Mindak Artistik until the funds
have cleared into our account.
Where items are delivered payment must be received 5 working days prior
to deli
Cancellation of Order
If work has commenced and materials have been purchased there will be no
refund of your deposit.
